     HOUSE BILL NO. 515                                                                             
     "An Act relating to the regulation of municipal water and sewer                                
   utilities not in competition with other water and sewer utilities."                             
                                                                                                    
HB 515 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                     
Finance Committee.
